Strong Towns Burbank has been a longtime supporter of this project, coordinating multiple educational outreach campaigns that have activated hundreds of local public comments towards this critical project (which has just broken ground)!

Strong Towns Burbank is proud to be a Project Partner for the second phase of this community-enhancing project. By making our downtown core safer and more pleasant for humans, we hope to build a Burbank that will be more environmentally and economically sustainable.

Strong Towns Burbank has led campaigns supporting regional connectivity of bike paths, including generating public awareness and support for the Chandler Bikeway Extension. We've also contributed a letter of support for the City's grant application for the Active Transportation Program (ATP). This project will close a large gap, helping connect east and west Burbank to the greater region.
